Cfa Institute Candidate Agreement

Test interruptions or test compromises. Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary, CFA institutions and third-party companies that provide audit management services for the CFA institution shall take steps to ensure safe and standardized management on the day of the audit. Events, including fires, floods, earthquakes, storms, outbreaks of disease, other natural disasters, civil unrest or acts or threats of terrorism or crime or of a military, paramilitary, political or governmental authority (or even the threat of such an event) may adversely affect the audit. If the normal test process is interrupted, interrupted, delayed, incorrect or otherwise disturbed or if the test content is affected by a disruptive incident, the CFA establishment may be required to change the date, time, location or conditions of the test or to discontinue the management of the test altogether. If this happens with the administration of the audit in March 2021, the exam is postponed to another date of your choice from the exam dates, which will be made available on that date by the CFA Institute. The CFA Institute also reserves the right to refuse a candidate`s schedule or insinuation if it receives information from a reliable source showing that the candidate may be troublesome in a test center or before, during or within a reasonable time after the test is being managed. No remedy is offered to the candidates concerned if they are at the origin of the behaviour or if they have participated in it, which has led to the need to postpone the examination. For a new test or other test date, the candidate must pass the full exam to obtain a valid result. The CFA Institute will make all decisions related to audit management and corrective actions. Postponements to the next available exam are considered on a case-by-case basis and only in the event of one of the following consequences for the applicant or a member of his or her immediate family: when you enroll in the CIPM program, you will be asked to read and sign an applicant agreement similar to the following: as a general rule, refunds are not offered, as soon as the registration has been accepted.
