Agreement For Company Vehicle Use

Cars are polluting and expensive to use. We will try to make environmentally friendly cars available to staff where possible. We also expect our employees to use their company cars wisely, taking into account the impact on the environment. There is no need for examples of cases where company cars are not used: a clean driving record means that the employee was not held responsible for a car accident or was not arrested for violating vehicle and traffic law. [Company name] may grant and revoke access to company vehicles at its sole discretion. Companies are responsible for tickets when they are issued against the vehicle. If they are issued to an employee, the employee is responsible for the payment. Employees can qualify for a company vehicle if they travel miles or more per year for work purposes, need a service vehicle for their day-to-day work, or if they need a vehicle advantage. Our company car policy describes our policies for the use of company cars. A „company car“ is any vehicle that our company assigns to employees to cover their transportation needs for their workstations. Functional cars are part of our company and we want to make sure our employees use them properly. We reserve the right to revoke or assign company vehicles at our discretion.

Employees are allowed to drive their company cars outside of working time, but they must always comply with this directive. To use the actual cost method, you must determine the cost of operating the vehicle for the portion of the total use of the vehicle for business purposes. These include gas, oil, repairs, insurance, etc., which are intended for the portion of miles for commercial use. In order to qualify for a company vehicle, employees must complete a form and file a copy of their driver`s licence. Employees can only drive a company car if they have a valid driver`s license and a clean driver`s license for at least [X years]. General Assessment – This refers to the price the employee would pay to pay for the vehicle during the same period at the same geographic location. Annual Leasing Assessment – Determine the fair value of the vehicle by multiplying the annual rental value by the percentage of miles driven for personal use. We may dismiss a staff member and/or take legal action for more serious offences. This may include renting a company car for personal financial benefits or the cause of an accident during the intoxicating ride.
